# *Walmart Wild Salmon Filet - 4 oz, 2 serving (remove)# *Chobani 0% Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 4 oz (remove)# *Curry Powder, .5 tsp (remove)# *Black pepper (spice) 1 tsp, .5 tsp (remove)# *Birds eye Sugar snap stir-fry, 2 cup (remove)# *Brown rice, Minute Rice, 1 cup (remove)# *ReaLime 100% Lime Juice from Concentrate, 1 tsp
Makes 2 servings.
Mix 4oz non fat plain greek yogurt with .5tsp curry powder and black pepper. Coat each piece of salmon with the mixture. Broil on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray till fish is fully cooked (12 min) Drizzle with lime juice
Serve with 1 cup of veggies
and .5 cup of brown rice!
