Ingredients
Parsnips CarrotsCabbagePotatoTurnipOnionVegetable stockAmounts of each aren't set in stone, try to add even amounts of all. Add stock to taste (depending how strong or bland you desire).
Directions
Chop veggies in large chunks. Place all ingredients (except cabbage) in pot with enough water to almost cover veggies. Simmer until tender and add the cabbage just before done. Easiest thing possible - flavor with salt & pepper, or if you like Mrs. Dash!
