Sausage Spinach Cheese Balls

Ingredients
1 ball is serving size 37* Spinach, frozen, 1 package 9oz, drain and squeeze * Jimmy Dean Hot Pork Sausage (Dobby), 8oz * *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup * Stella part skim Mozzarella Cheeze(Dobby), 2 cups shredded * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Garlic, 1 tsp * Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by tablespoon full onto baking sheet. (I covered mine with parchment paper). Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Can serve with pasta sauce but not included in recipe calorie count.
