100% Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients
* Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cup * Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed * Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp * Baking Soda, .25 tsp * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
Directions
Combine wet ingredients in a mixer bowl. Beat in the cinnamon and sugar.

Add dry ingredients and mix until moistened.

Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for about 55 minutes.

Makes 8 slices.
