Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups of chickpeas1 tbl Tahini (or creamy peanut butter)2 tbl Olive Oil2-3 cloves of garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into a food processor, blender, or mash my hand.

Serve with veggies, replace mayo with hummus. Great diet tool!
