Slow Cooker Italian Pork Chops

5-6 pork chops, all visible fat trimmed away4 garlic cloves, minced1 medium onion, chopped2 cans italian tomatoes, undrained3 zucchini, sliced2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Place onion in bottom of the crockpot.
Place half the chops on top and sprinkle with 1 tsp italian seasoning and 1/2 of garlic. Layer one more time as listed.
Pour tomatoes on top, Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar and top with zucchini. Cook on low 6-8 hours depending on temperature of the crockpot.
