Ingredients
Chicken BreastLow fat cream cheese1 Jar Pace medium Salsa1 Bell Pepper1 Onion
Directions
Makes four 4 ounce servings
Rinse chicken breast and place in slow cooker.
Cover each breast with 1 tbsp cream cheese and 2 tbsp salsa. Add in peppers and onions. Cook on 4 hour setting.
Shred chicken breast , stir and let sit in slow cooker for half an hour. Can serve over pasta, rice, or in tortilla wraps.
