Indian Meatballs with yogurt dip and spinach

20oz Jenny O Lean ground turkey1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp tumericblack pepper4 6 1/2 inch whole wheat pitas8 cups fresh spinach1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice3 oz non fat greek yogurt1 tsp fresh mint chopped1 clove garlic minced
preheat oven to 400 degrees
mix spices with turkey and roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until centers no longer pink.
while meatballs are cooking, mix 3 oz non fat greek yogurt with the garlic and mint, chill until ready for dipping.
heat a saute pan with the evoo and saute the spinach. drizzle with lemon juice. serve all with pitas.
