Salmon with grated carrots sandwich stuffer

Ingredients
Drain and remove skin from canned salmon. Grate one large carrot. Chop fine, onion, green pepper, celery and any other crunchy veggy you would like. Mix in favorite salad dressing. I used miracle whip, 2 tablespoons.Fill pita pockets or between toast or on its own.
Directions
This made around 415 grams of stuffing. I used 180g on two slices of "one bun"(100 calories).
