2 cans pink salmon3 large eggs.25 c italian style bread crumbs.25 sweet onionsalt & peppergarlic powderonion powderlemon juice1 tbsp olive oilfat free greek yogurtgreen onions
combine salmon, sweet onion (chopped finely), bread crumbs, eggs, seasoning, lemon juice. Brown over med high heat in olive oil, flipping once (3 mins each side). Wrap browned burgers in foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Top burger with mixture of greek yogurt and green onion.
