Rumbamel's Salmon Loaf (from viewing many on Spark)

- 1/2 C of egg substitute like Aldi's Fit and Active Liquid cind-1/2 C skim milk, fat free-1.5 oz chopped/diced green onions-a dash or so of salt-1/4 t ground black pepper-1 t garlic powder-a dash or two of worcestershire sauce-1 can, 14.75 oz, pink salmon, I used Chicken of the Sea-1/2 C or about 15 Zesta Wheat crackers (like saltines), crushed up-2 cap fulls or about 2 t lemon juice
--Mix all ingredients in a med. to large bowl. Make sure to crush up the bones of the salmon. Pour into a lightly sprayed loaf pan and cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 min..
--Makes 8 servings when sliced into 8 equal pieces
