5 CUPS CAULIFLOWER4 SLICES OF AMERICAN CHEESE (LOW FAT)2 TBSP FLOUR1/2 CUP MILKSALT PEPPER

CUT AND CLEAN 5 CUPS FRESH CAULIFLOWER
STEAM CAULIFLOWER FOR 15 MINUTES UNTIL IT SOFT
CAULFLOWER SHOULD BE SOFT ENOUGH TO SQUISH. USE POTATO MASHER TO MASH CAULIFLOWER INTO SMALLER PIECES. TEAR APART CHEESE SLICES INTO SMALL PIECES TO MELT EASIER. ADD 1/2 C MILK, AND 2 TBSP FLOUR. LIGHTLY HEAT OVER STOVE OR IN MICROWAVE UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND SAUCE IS CREAMY. YOU MAY NEED TO ADD MORE FLOUR OR MILK DEPENDING ON THICKNESS. THE MORE CAULIFLOWER YOU USE THE MORE CHEESE AND MILK YOU USE TO MAKE BIGGER SERVINGS. IT'S A GREAT HEALTHY TREAT THAT KIDS LOVE. ADD A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER FOR TASTE. ENJOY!
