crunchy chicken strips

Ingredients
one pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into stripsegg beaters2 servings ( approx 28 chips) baked scoops or other baked tortilla chips, crushed
Directions
dip chicken strips into egg beaters and then into crushed tortilla chips. lay them on a cookie sheet covered in foil and sprayed with cooking spray. bake at 350 until chicken done.
