Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients
2 tsp chili powder3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped1 tsp ginger root, finely chopped1 tsp mint1 tsp cumin2 tsp mixed spice (nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon)1 tsp mustard1 tbs olive oil1/2 cup yogurt2 chicken breasts, skin removed
Directions
On day before, thoroughly combine all ingredients except chicken. Prick the meat all over with a fork or knife and place in a glass baking dish. Coat the chicken completely on both sides with the marinade. Cover dish with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator over night.

Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. For a bit of a crisp on the outside, turn oven up to broil for the last few minutes of cooking time.
