Asparagus, Tomato and Feta Scramble

Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 6 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) cut on a bias*Hormel Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp *President Fat Free Crumbled Feta, .5 oz (a sprinkle)Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 2 oz 3/4 cup chopped Cherry Tomato4 large egg whites, fresh
Directions
1 serving low fat good protein breakfast, saute veggies in non stick pan (use non stick cooking spray if needed). Add egg whites, scramble together adding in 1 tbsp of bacon bits (optional). Salt and pepper to taste. I usually cover the scramble and let sit for about a minute to make sure the eggs are completely cooked through.

Toast the toast, use non calorie butter spray to taste.
