I added a can of green chiles. The crust was a bit dry but not distracting. We enjoyed it. - 1/15/08

But I did make Tony Chachere's version-I'm sure much more cals, but its good, looks like mush, but its food and my husband who is a total pick gobbled it up quick! I will make this version tonight, since I am on my health kick! - 11/14/07

This WAS very good. My husband, oldest son and youngest son loved it. My picky middle son wouldn't touch it, but that's n ot saying much. I added canned green chilies and used ground turkey. Yum! It was just zesty enough, and very filling. Thanks for sharing this. - 11/1/07
