Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
8oz Shrimp2 C Frozen Snap Peas1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce2 C Brown Rice
Directions
Cook rice. Clean and peel shrimp. Marinade the shrimp in the teriyaki sauce for about 10 minutes. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips. Cook the shrimp in a nonstick pan for a few minutes including the sauce. Add the snap peas and the red bell peppers and cover. Continue cooking until the shrimp are done and the bell pepper is tender. Place a half cup of rice on a place and serve the shrimp and veggies on top of the rice. This makes 2 servings.
