Chicken & Green Chile Stew

8 -Chicken breast, boneless, skinless6 cups- Chicken broth, fat free3-10 oz cans- sweet corn, drained3-4oz. cans- green chile salsa, mild3- celery stalks, chopped1-large bell pepper, orange or red, chooped3-garlic cloves, minced1 1/2 cups-onions, chopped
Makes 12 servings-1 1/2 cups servings
In a crockpot, layer all ingredients. Stir together. Set crockpot on high 5 hours. When done, remove chicken and chopped in to small cubes. It should be very tender. (You could also shred it.) Put chicken back into crockpot and stir.
This is great over rice or with wheat flour tortillas.
