Spinach mushroom stirfry

1 bag of baby spinach or chinese cabbage1 lemon1 lb. packageof sliced mushrooms2 cups cherry tomatoes
Saute mushrooms in a non stick large saute pan with no oil over medium high heat.
When liquid is coming from the mushrooms, squeeze the lemon into the pan.
Add the bag of spinach.
When the spinach is wilted, add the cherry tomatoes.
Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until tomatoes are warmed through.
Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
