Leeks and Mushrooms

Ingredients
3 leeks, cut off the bottom and top but leave in a whole piece2 small pats butter1 cupr fresh sliced mushrooms1/8 tsp saltpepper to taste
Directions
Simmer the leeks untiil they are tender in water.

Once they are tender, drain and slice. Sautee the butter, leeks, mushrooms and salt for about 3 minutes.

Serve !
