"Rice Diet" Basic Sauteed Summer Squash

Ingredients
3 medium zucchini3 medium yellow (summer) squashEVOO pan spraysprinkle of garlic and onion powder
Directions
Serves 2 - 1.5C each

Quarter all the squash lengthwise then slice. Heat oil in a large skillet, add squash and sauté until tender. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder to taste and sauté 1 minute more.
