Homemade Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp white vinegar1 tsp yellow mustard3/4 cup ketchup1/4 cup bbq sauce1 small chopped onion1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped pepper (yellow, green, red -- optional)Chili Powder - optionalCayenne Pepper -- optional
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add in chopped onion and/or pepper (green, red or yellow - optional). Drain fat (shouldn't be any if using a lean ground beef). Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. If you want to add some more spice you can use chili powder or cayenne pepper.
