Apple Pancake Topping

Ingredients
2 apples, cored and sliced1 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar blend1 tsp apple pie spice1 Tbsp Smart Balance light buttery spread
Directions
Place apples in a small sauce pain with a small amount of water (about a Tbsp). Bring to boil and then simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Add Splenda brown sugar, apple pie spice, and Smart Balance spread and stir to blend. Keep warm on low heat until ready to use.
4 serving, about 1/4 cup each.
