Lowfat Sugarfree Microwave Chocolate Pudding (individual serving)

1/2 cup milk, nonfat4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (can be lowered)4 packets stevia (can be increased, or use a mixture of sugar and stevia for increased calories)1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
This makes 1 serving.
1) Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl.
2) Microwave on high for about 30 seconds.
3) Stir.
4) Continue to microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until you've got the pudding to your desired thickness.
5) You can either eat now, or cover with plastic wrap (to avoid forming pudding skin) and let cool.
