Spinach and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 block of Organic Soft Tofu2 cups of fresh spinach1 cup of fresh pineapple, diced1 1/2 cups of organic frozen berries (your choice)2 tablespoons Organic Local Honey
Directions
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until pureed. Serve and refrigerate leftovers.

Makes enough for 6 - 4oz cups.
