8 apples, peeled and sliced2 cups raw cranberries3/4 cup Splenda1 tablespoon whole wheat flour1 teaspoon cinnamon2 tablespoons lemon juice3/4 cup quick-cook oats3/4 cup brown sugar substitute or equivalent amount Splenda brown sugar, see pkg directions1/4 cup melted low-cal margarine spread1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Combine apples, cranberries, splenda, flour cinnamon and juice in a large bowl. Stir gently to combine. Pour into a greased baking dish (9x9 or larger). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar substitute, baking soda. Melt margarine spread and add to dry mixture, combine. Sprinkle over apples in pan and bake 45 minutes.
