1 package of Hersheys Mint Chipits40 ritz reduced sodium crackers
Melt chipits in a double boiler (I used a sauce pan with water and place chipits in a steel bowl and melt them)
Dip ritz crackers in chocolate until evenly coated
Place on wax paper and allow to cool in fridge or cool place
Makes 40 cookies
