Olive oil, half of a boneless, skinless chicken breast, onion, zucchini, red pepper and carrots overtop whole wheat spaghetti pasta with a spicy szechuan sauce with a cayenne pepper, to taste, for an extra kick!
Makes one serving of stirfry. 1. Boil noodles in a pot of water until tender. 2. Cut chicken into small diced pieces. 3. Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil. 4. In a sepaprate skillet, sautee vegetables until tender. 5. Add szechuan sauce and cayenne pepper, to taste. 6. Drain noodles and add to vegetable mixture. Add cooked chicken. 7. Stir altogether and enjoy!
