Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 tbsp oil or cooking spray1 LB boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces2 cups frozen stir fry vegetables1 can (8oz) pinapple chunks in juice, undrained.5 cup Kraft sweet n sour sauce1 cup of water2 cups kraft minute brown rice, uncooked
1. heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. add chicken, cook, and stir 4min. or until cooked through
2. add vegetables, pineapple with juice and sweet n sour sauce; mix well. stir in water. bring to boil
3. stir in rice. reduce heat to medium low; simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5min or until all of the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender
