Ingredients
Natural Grocers Organic Rolled Oats, 1 cup Natural Grocers Diced Raw Almonds, 1 cupBob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 1/3 cupOnce Again organic Peanut Butter, 1 cupHoney, 2/3 cup Biochem Sports 100% Whey Protein Powder Chocolate Fudge, 4 serving (8 scoops or 1 cup)Vanilla extract, 1 tsp
Directions
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

2. Heat honey on a stove till it comes to a rolling boil. (only takes about 1 minute). Remove from heat immediately.

3. Add in peanut butter and vanilla immediately. Stir until well combined and smooth. If mixture seems too wet add in more oats and continue to combine until mixture forms a ball.

4. Press down into ungreased 9 x 13 in. glass dish. Cool in the refrigerator. Cut into squares. You also can roll the mix into balls if you prefer and then cool them.

Makes 24 servings, each bar weighs 36 grams.
