Ingredients
Directions
1 pound of ground turkey2 Red bell Peppers1 Squash (Any kind, but I like summer squash)8 tsp of chicken bullion powder3 cups water1 celery stalk3 tbsp chili powder1 onion1tomato1 green chile (take seeds out if you don't like it spicy)1 Jalepeno pepper (Take seeds out if you don't like it spicy)2 Cans of Cannellini beans3 cans of red kidney beans3 garlic cloves (cut up)
Cut up all vegetables before you do anything. You can then brown the ground turkey and set it aside. In a small skillet saute the garlic cloves and onion, then set aside. In a large pot, add three cups of water and all spices. Once the water is boiling, add turkey and vegetables. Turn down the fire to medium heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. After that, add the beans and then let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
