2 c. cooked chicken breast (without skin)3/4 c. celery1 c. carrots1/2 c. almonds3/4-1 c. mayonnaise1 T. lemon juice
Directions
Chop all ingredients in a food processor, stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Serving size is 1 cup.
