Honey Muffins

Ingredients
3 eggs2tbs butter, melted2 tbs coconut milk or whole milk (try no fat)3 tbs honey1/4 tsp salt1/4tsp vanilla1/4 cup coconut flour1/4 tsp coconut flour
Directions
*makes 6 muffins
Blend together eggs, butter, coconut milk, honey, salt, and vanilla. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and thoroughly mix into batter until there are no lumps. Pour batter into muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees (250C) for at least 15 minutes.
