homemade beef and noodles

Ingredients
6 oz, stew beef16 oz beef broth4 tbs of light sour creambeef pasta mix onlyfoulk egg noodlessalt and pepper to season (onion flakes optional)
Directions
In skillet lightly brown beef and then add steak sauce and seasoning and 1/2 beef broth let simmer 20 minutes

In separate bowl mix beef pasta dry mix, 1/2 cup water, and 4 tbsp. of daisy light sour cream and mix well, then add to skillet with beef and let simmer on low heat

In another pan, boil water and add 16 oz. of egg noodles and cook just til tender. Drain. Add to skillet with beef and add remaining beef broth, let simmer another 20-25 minutes.

Great also served over mashed potatoes.
