Jadedcup's Homemade Hashbrowns

Ingredients
Potatoes, Smart Balance oil & season salt
Directions
-wash and cut potatoes into small 1/4 in squares. Smaller squares will yield crispier hasbrowns, larger will give you softer ones.
-put diced potatoes into skillet and add oil. Use spatula or wooden spoon to toss evenly.
- turn to mid-high or until you can hear sizzle. leave for 3-5 minutes per side then move hasbrowns around. They should release easily. if not let sit and try in another minute.
-when all golden brown remove to paper towels to drain and add season salt to taste.
