Improved Lehi Roller Mill Whole Grain Heart Healthy Hotcake Mix

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Grain Heart Healthy Hotcake mix1 egg1/4 cup canola oil1 banana1 1/2 cups water
Directions
Mash banana. Add egg, oil, and water. Add this mix to hotcake mix. (You may want to add extra salt.) Scoop out batter with a 1/3 cup measure. Cook in a medium hot skillet, coated with pan spray.

Makes 9 pancakes.
