Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients
1 10 oz box frozen (thawed and water squeezed out)1.5 cups marinara sauce15 oz part skim ricotta14 jumbo pasta shells.5 cup parmesan cheese.5 tsp ground nutmeg.5tsp ground pepper
Directions
Cook pasta shells in boiling water
Mix together ricotta, 1/4cup parmesan, spinach, nutmeg and pepper. Spoon half of red sauce into bottom of 11x7 or larger baking dish. Drain shells and stuff with spinach mixture. Place stuffed shells in baking dish over sauce. Spoon rest of sauce on top of shells and sprinkle with rest of Parmesan. Cover and bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
