Eggs, 4 LargeFlour, 3 cupsSugar, 2 cupsSoy Milk, 1.25 cupCanola Oil.5 cupBaking Powder, 3 tspVanilla, 1 tspSalt, 1 tbspOptional pineappleOptional cherriesOptional brown sugar
Grease and flour cake pan, round or square, larger than 9x9 brownie. Mix eggs and sugar well. Add other wet ingredients. Sift flour and baking powder and mix with wet. Pour into pan (put pineapple, brown sugar and cherries in bottom of pan, if desired). Bake at 350oF for 1 hour. Bon appetite!
