I pkg dry yeast, warm water (105-115 deg F)
In lg bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water, stif in half of flour, oil, salt and sugar. Stir in remaining to flour to make dough easy to handle. Place dough on lightly floured surface, knead about 10 minutes or until smooth (or place in kitchen aid mixer and use dough hook for 10 min). Grease lg bowl with shortening or olive oil (spray) and coat dough. Cover and let rise in warm place 20 min. Punch air down and cover with saran wrap, place in refridgerator for 2-48 hours. Push down to deflate before using.
