OMELET:3 Whole Egg Whites1/4 Cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 oz. Deli Turkey Breast1 Tbs SalsaSalt & Pepper to tasteNon Stick Cooking SprayOTHER:1/2 Banana1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread1/2 Cup Low-fat, Plain Yogut
Lightly brown turkey in medium pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Remove from heat.
In separate non-stick pan lightly coated with cooking spray, pour in egg whites and top with meat, salsa, cheese, and salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat until firm enough to fold. Continue to cook approximately one minute on each side. Serve with 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 Cup plain, low-fat yogurt.
