Tuna casserole

Ingredients
8 oz mushrooms, chopped1 med onion, diced1 clove garlic, minced4 T. butter1/2c. brown rice flour1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp pepper2 c. SO coconut milk2 cans tuna, drained6 oz Tinkyada spirals, cooked, drained1 cup peas, thawed4 oz shredded cheddar
Directions
Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in flour, then whisk in milk until smooth. Season and add tuna, pasta and peas stir to combine. top with cheese. Cover and bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
