Super Low-Cal Tortilla Pizza

1 - La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla (Garlic/Herb)1/4 c (28g) low-fat mozarella 2 tbsp Ragu Traditional Pizza Sauce 1 fresh mushrooms, sliced2 black olives, chopped
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place tortillas in the oven for about 3 minutes to help crisp them. Remove tortilla and spread with sauce, toppings and cheese. Place the "pizza" on a slotted try of some sort. (I used a bbq grill fish grill, but you could use a pizza try with holes or maybe the top of a broiler pan.) This is an important step, because it helps the pizza get crisp. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is browned and tortilla is crispy.
