Asian Chicken with vegetables

Ingredients
75ml dry sherry, 3tbsp soy sauce, 3tsp sesame oil, 4 medium scallion (spring onion), 1tsp crushed ginger, 1tsp crushed garlic, 2 chicken breasts, chopped red, yellow & orange bell pepper, 3 stalks chopped celery
Directions
Preheat oven to 180c/350f/gas4.
Mix all liquid ingredients together, add scallions, garlic and ginger, chop chicken into bite-size pieces and marinade in the liquid mixture.
Place chopped veg on tin foil on a baking tray, put chicken on top and pour any spare liquid over.
Fold tin foil over to make a sealed packet and place in oven for about 25 mins.
Can be served with noodles.
