Low Carb Apple Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
.75 C. almond meal1/3 C. oats, rolled (raw)1/4 C flax1/4 C vanilla protein powder1/2 cup chopped apple1 large egg (I used Egg Beaters)1/2 T. cinnamon1/2 t. baking soda1/2 cup Splenda (I used Truvia equivalent)1/4C raisins3 T butter
Directions
- Blend wet ingredients and sugar
- Add dry ingredients, blend.
- Press into greased 11x7 pan (If you double it you can use 9x13)
- Bake 20 min at 350 degrees
- Makes 15 squares
