Ingredients
up to one pound ground beef (you can substitute turkey if you would like)about 1/2 cup tomato sauce (NOT pasta sauce)1/2 small to medium onion1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions
Chop Onions
Heat oil in skillett
Add Onions and cook through
Season to taste
Add Tomato sauce and heat until it starts to bubble
Add meat, cook through
