oven fried pork chop topped with mushrooms & onion

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb lean pork center chops2 cups sliced mushrooms1 large onion sliced1 cup bread crumbs2 tblsp parmesan cheesecooking spray
Directions
preheat to 400 degrees

line a cookie sheet with alumunum foil and spray with cooking spray

rinse pork chops off and dip in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet bake til golden brown 35-40 min

in meantime saute onions and mushrooms in skilled sprayed with cooking spray until carmelized toss with parmesan cheese

remove pork chops divide onion mixture on top of each chop and serve
