Chicken noodle soup with vegetables

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth (homemade is better)8 cups water1 cup onions, diced2 cups rutabaga, diced2 cups carrot, diced1 tsp chicken broth powder Black pepper1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped1 cup small noodles
Directions
Put everything except the noodles in a big pot
Bring to a boil
Let simmer about an hour
Add the noodles
Let simmer until noodles are tender
Serve!
