1 Spaghetti Squash1 Tbs Olive Oil.5 cup onion, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped1/2 red pepper, chopped3 cloves garlic1 cup zucchini chopped1 cup tomato sauce1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley 100 grams President's Choice Tre Formaggi Shredded Cheese (blend of mozza, parmesan, and provolone)Pam olive oil cooking spray for the baking dish
Makes about 4 servings of 1 cup. Cooking time includes baking spaghetti squash at 400F for 25 mins. You can cut this time down by microwaving for 10 mins instead.
