Delicious Low Cal Chicken Burgers

2 lbs ground chickenJust a small handful white instant riceLow sodium soya sauce just a quick shake for tasteGarlic powder again just enough for tasteGreen onions usually 2 will do2 whole wheat buns4 leaves of fresh spinachketchup for tasterelish again for taste1 small tomatoe divided between the buns2 slices cheese unless u are lactose intolerant then leave out cheese..
Get a medium sized bowl, place ground chicken, soya sauce, garlic powder, onions and handful of rice and mix well, form into patties, small to medium sized..
Place into a warmed up fry pan, cook on medium to low, then flip, continue to cook and flip until well done.
If you are adding cheese, add just a few minutes before they are done, and now get buns ready while cheese is melting.
On buns add your ingredients such as tomatoes, ketchup, spinach, relish..Now add pattie and serve..
Makes enough for 2 meals for 2 people, with each having 1 burger per meal.
Serve with fries, or a small bag of chips or some rice and cauliflower on the side..
