Chicken Curry Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast.5 cup chopped celery.25 cup fat free mayo.25 cup golden raisins1 tsp garlic2 Tbsp Smuckers sugarfree apricot preserves1 tsp curry powder2 tsp lemon juice10 chopped baby carrots 1 cup spinach greens3 whole wheat pitas, cut in half
Directions
Combine in a medium bowl ingredients through spinach. Line each pita half with a bit of spinach, and stuff with chicken mixture. Best served chilled, serving size: 2 stuffed pita halves. Yield-3 servings
